Refund policy

We want you to love your Kombinat USA socks. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns*
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kombinatusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong size due to an error on our part, or a defective item, we'll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. If you'd simply like a different size than the one you ordered, standard return shipping charges apply. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn or washed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
