Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kombinat USA. Our hemp-cotton socks are crafted in Poland and shipped with care.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping (U.S. only) We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
    •    Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kombinatusa.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

One flag: the "Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days" estimate assumes you're holding inventory domestically in the US. If instead each order ships per-order from Poland, that timeline is unrealistic and the policy needs a different structure (more like a single 10-20 day window).
